3 or 4 months is the norm. If you didn’t lose hair while pregnant keep up your vitamins now, I take the baby blues postpartum hair ones but at the least would suggest some biotin. It will help lessen the blow. If you did shed during pregnancy you might not have it bad. I just don’t want to go through it rough.
